Minimum wage law (MiLoG)

As a supplier to ecovent, we expect you to comply with the legal provisions of the Minimum Wage Act in its current version. This includes, among other things:

– Your employees are paid according to the current minimum wage law.
– You will fulfill the recording obligations according to MiLoG.
– In control cases according to MiLoG, it is possible to inspect your wage records.

We will neither begin nor continue working with suppliers who do not meet the MiLoG requirements. The assertion of further damages remains unaffected.

No warning without prior contact

If parts of the content of this internet offer violate the rights of third parties or legal provisions or are otherwise problematic in any way in terms of competition law, we ask for an appropriate and sufficiently explanatory message without a charge, citing Section 8 Paragraph 4 UWG.

We assure that content that is rightly complained about will be removed, changed or adapted to legal requirements within a reasonable period of time, without you requiring the involvement of legal counsel.

The involvement of a lawyer to issue a warning, which is subject to a fee for us, does not correspond to his real or presumed will and would therefore be a violation of Section 13 Para. 5 UWG due to the pursuit of unrelated goals as the dominant motive for initiating the procedure, in particular an intention to raise costs as the actual driving force, as well as a violation of represent the obligation to mitigate damages.
